The Education Committee is constantly seeking out information related to our Gold prospecting goals. The committee recruits Guest Speakers to provide presentations at the monthly meetings, and occasionally make visits to club outings. Subjects covered include:

Geology Metal Detecting Mineralogy

Mining Industry Meteorites Dowsing

Ghost Towns Abandoned Mine Safety

Other committee projects include, Gold Panning Classes thru the Clark County Dept. of Parks and Recreation, support activities at the McCaw School of Mines and Heritage Museum.
